REGISTRATION FOR COURSES

 There are two ways a candidate may register for the DADE courses: offline or online.

 Read the instructions and select your preference to apply

OFFLINE REGISTRATION

 Pick up an application form from DVK office or download from: PDF File / MS Word File

 Complete the application form and send it to DVK office along with three passport size photographs.

 Candidates are advised to retain a copy of all documents sent to DVK, including the Demand Draft, as proof for verification, if necessary, at a later date.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

 Read the following instructions before completing the online application for Post Graduate diploma courses

 Enter the correct data in the relevant columns as required

 Ensure that the computer is connected to a printer for taking print out of filled-in Application Form

 After submitting the application electronically, please wait until the completed application from is displayed on the screen along with the application number assigned to you.

 Refer to this application number in all future correspondence

 Take a print out of this application form shown on the screen (Page must be set for A4 size paper).

 Sign the application form, affix photograph in the space provided and send or hand delver it to the DVK office along with three passport size photographs.

  Candidates are advised to retain a copy of all the documents sent to DVK, including the Demand Draft, as proof for verification, if necessary, at a later date.
